Veterans Day is a day of remembrance, a day to honor the men and women who have fought to preserve our freedom. Education World celebrates this special holiday with activities, music, and Web-based ideas to help the children in your classroom understand Veterans Day’s significance.  Here is one of their lesson plans for Veteran’s Day:
